Gransolar Foundation was established with the purpose of helping to create a fair society where human rights coexist with technology.

Mission and Values

The Foundation reflects the commitment of the Founding Entity, Gransolar Group, to corporate social responsibility, maintaining a particular focus not only on the sustainable improvement of society in the areas where it carries out its business activities but also on other initiatives that contribute to the creation of authentic shared value.

Among the values of the Foundation emphasizes: teamwork, humility, practical experience, a passion for excellence in work across the globe, and a particular focus on the geographic areas where Gransolar Group carries out its activities.

Purposes and activities

The Foundation pursues the following aims:

To contribute to the improvement of society and its most vulnerable groups through the development of social action activities.
To collaborate in promoting environmental sustainability and the preservation of biodiversity.
To promote sports as a means of education among younger population groups, encouraging intergenerational exchange and supporting other groups such as amateur athletes and adaptive sports.
To promote technological innovation as an auxiliary means for achieving goals such as those established by the UN Global Compact and its national networks, the European Green Deal, and other organizations, measures, and national and international initiatives to which the Founding Entity, Gransolar Group, is affiliated
To contribute to the improvement of society through the development and support of both internal and external new technologies, as well as any that promote or create a positive impact, whether direct or indirect.

To better achieve its objectives, the Foundation may engage in, among other activities, the following:

Social impact: specific programs and aid aimed at addressing basic needs (healthcare, education, food, etc.) that, due to various factors, a segment of the population is unable to meet. With particular focus on:
- People with functional diversity.
- Childhood.
- Groups at risk of social and labor exclusion.
- People in need of healthcare.
- And all those affected by emergencies, wars, and humanitarian disasters.
Sponsorship: Focused on sports sponsorship as a means of educating young people.
Patronage: Contribution to scientific research, the promotion of R+D+i, and collaboration with culture and the arts.
Training: To promote training in the fields of sustainable energy and technological innovation at all stages of the value chain
Cultural: Promotion of culture as a means of supporting sustainability, the environment, and human rights.

Moreover, the Foundation will have the capacity to:

Carry out all tasks subordinate or accessory to the main activity.
Engage in the necessary economic activities to achieve its purposes.
And, in a broader sense, carry out any actions deemed necessary for the optimal fulfillment of its purposes.
